Most blitz in Seville is played in bars, but three clubs run fast tournaments of their own. The Peña Ajedrecística Oromana in Alcalá de Guadaíra calls its Supercopa its classic monthly tournament and has had editions count for FIDE blitz rating. Club de Ajedrez Los Carteros, based at the civic centre of Pino Montano, held a blitz in April 2026 and a social tournament in October 2025.
The Club Deportivo Cultural Tussam organised a blitz within the programme of the Abierto Internacional Ciudad de Sevilla and runs a social league of its own. For a visitor these events are a quick way to meet a club before deciding to join it, though none of the pages says whether players from outside the club may enter.
